There is currently no vaccine to prevent coronavirus disease (COVID-19). You can protect yourself and help prevent spreading the virus to others.

  1. Wash your hands regularly for 20 seconds with soap and water or use alcohol-based hand rub.
  2.  Cover your nose and mouth with a disposable tissue or flexed elbow when you cough or sneeze.
  3. Maintain social distancing. Social distancing is a set of infection control actions intended to stop or slow down the spread of a contagious disease.
  4. Maintain at least 1 meter (3 feet) distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing. 
  5. Stay home and self-isolate from others in the household if you feel unwell.
  6. Clean and disinfect your home regularly.
